... A place where you can chill out, surrounded by nature but with all the amenities of modern living.

With a total of 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, the villa comfortably sleeps 12 – 15 people. There are roll out beds in each of the three twin-bedded rooms, ideal for children.

There is an adjacent self-contained cottage which can be rented for 2, with its own bedroom & ensuite bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room and private terrace

Each bedroom is air-conditioned with its own theme. All have wonderful, sweeping views of the sea and hills.

The villa’s wrap around verandah and pool terrace for relaxing and dining are just perfect.

An orchard on the grounds provides seasonal fresh fruit. The garden attracts a range of birds, especially the hummingbirds.

Villa Petrus and Tobago offer great scope for birdwatching.

The coup de grace is the tiled swimming pool (75 feet long and 4½ to 8½ feet deep) that may well keep you away from the beaches and other activities on lazy days.

If you do want to leave this secluded paradise, Villa Petrus is only 5 – 10 minutes’ drive from the coast, two international golf courses, a range of aquatic and sub-aquatic facilities, and other attractions – not to mention some good restaurants.

The capital, Scarborough, is only some 15 minutes away.

Natural Sanctuary

The gardens surrounding the Villa have been planted with birds in mind. A special feature is the hummingbirds, which can be seen gathering nectar from the flowers around the pool.

The fruits of the orchard trees and the plants surrounding the villa bring an abundance of birds to Villa Petrus. The garden has come to be inhabited by many different birds, whose song you can appreciate throughout the day. Among other birds, you may see blue-crowned mot-mots perch themselves on tree branches, a family of cocoricos flying among the trees, and humming birds gathering nectar from the flowers around the pool.

The orchard on the hill side on the southern side of the property leads into a valley with its own micro climate; it backs onto an almost vertical hillside of natural forest. The orchard flourishes with many different fruit varieties, including mangos, avocados, oranges, limes, grape fruits, bananas, star fruit.
